i was welcomed by a lovely irish lady. she works behind the bar. she showed us to our room and explained everything. i had supper in the bar. the food was AMAZING!!!
the shower was weak. the bed i slept on is sagging on one side. it's maybe time to change it. they didn't give me a room with an attached bathroom. this was disappointing!!!

helpful staff large room comfortable bed
i found the staff very helpful. tina gave good directions. the room i occupied was large. the bed offered GREAT comfort.
i would have liked a second chair inside the room.

the hotel has a bar. the restaurant offers meals. access in the evening was easy. the premises appear to be up to a good standard. rooms seemed nice and CLEAN.

the hotel is near a metro station. you only need a short walk to get there. several pubs are very close. craven cottage IS walkable from here.

staff members are friendly. they are very helpful too. i was allowed an early check-in. THAT was good because i felt so exhausted after travel.
